Planned phase: operations in orbit

The joined capsule and service module are intended to operate as an integrated spacecraft during the orbital phase.

Control, telemetry and propulsion performance are central to an end-to-end demonstration. Service-module propulsion supports orbital manoeuvres and the transition toward return. Exact flight duration and orbital parameters should follow the final G1 mission specification rather than generic crewed-programme targets.
