Ship 41 reached low Earth orbit after liftoff from Starbase at about 12:48 UTC and deployed all 26 Starlink V3 satellites. SpaceX’s post-flight account confirms contact with every one of them. Super Heavy B21 made a controlled Gulf of Mexico splashdown.

One booster engine and one ship vacuum engine shut down early during ascent. SpaceX cleared orbital insertion after checking the ship’s three sea-level engines, then shortened its orbital stay as a precaution. Ship 41 returned to the northern Pacific after three hours and eight minutes, tipping over and exploding after water contact. The precise engine fault causes have not yet been published.

Our Flight 14 mission article covers the timeline, objectives, deviations, and clearly labeled archival images.
